  • What’s included in a typical visit?

    Each visit is tailored to the package or tasks you select. A basic cleaning covers all the home necessities, while a deeper clean offers a more thorough approach. You’ll find a task checklist for each package on our Services & Pricing page.

  • How do I get started or book a service?

    Fill out the inquiry form on our website—or reach out by call, text, or email. From there, we’ll connect with you personally to provide an estimate and reserve your booking.

  • How much does it cost?

    Pricing depends on a few factors—such as the services you select and the size/condition of your home. For general pricing, please visit our Services & Pricing tab or feel free to reach out directly for a personalized estimate.

  • Are there any ways to save on services or receive special pricing?

  • Is tipping expected?

    Tipping is not required but is always appreciated. Tips can be left in cash or added to your invoice by request.

  • What areas do you currently serve?

    We serve all of Brevard County, as well as surrounding areas within a 30-mile radius of Cocoa/Cocoa Beach. This includes parts of Osceola and Orange County. If you’re unsure whether you’re in our service area, just reach out—we’re happy to check for you.

  • How do I know what services I need?

    We offer a complimentary consultation (virtual or in-person) to assess you and your home’s needs.

  • Can I customize the services for my home or schedule?

    Absolutely. As long as it falls within the range of services we offer, you’re welcome to tailor our visits. We’ll also work with you to find a schedule that suits your lifestyle.

  • Do you offer recurring service plans?

    Yes—when you schedule ongoing services, your home stays effortlessly maintained and beautiful. Plus, loyal clients who join our weekly plan enjoy exclusive discounted rates.

  • Can I pause or change my service frequency?

    Yes. You can modify or pause your service schedule with at least 24 hours notice. Any less than 24 hours or skipping a scheduled visit may incur a surcharge.

  • What if I have a concern or something wasn’t done quite right?

    Please let us know right away. You can fill out the Discrepancy Form on our website, or reach out to Customer Service directly through text, call, or email using the contact information found on our website.

  • Do I need to be home during the service?

    Not at all. Nova is designed to be a hands-off, worry-free experience. Our team is trustworthy, respectful —and often, we’re able to work most efficiently when given the space to care for your home uninterrupted.

  • How do you access my home if I’m not there?

    During your personal consultation, we’ll discuss the best and most secure way to access your home—whether that’s a key, door code, smart lock, or other method. We’ll always follow your preferences and handle every detail with the highest level of care and discretion.

  • Is Nova insured?

    Yes—Nova Home Management is fully insured for your peace of mind. You can feel confident knowing you’re working with a trusted, reputable company committed to excellence.

  • How long will the cleaning take?

    Service time varies depending on the size and condition of your home. We'll provide an estimate at booking, and notify you if we anticipate needing more time.

  • What happens if something is damaged or goes wrong?

    Our priority is to handle every situation with care. Nova is insured and will conduct a thorough investigation, documenting every step to resolve any issue. We value transparency, respect, and acknowledgment for human error.

  • Do I need to provide supplies?

    Not at allNova provides all high-quality products and supplies needed to care for your home. If you prefer we use your personal products, just let us know—any outside items must be approved to ensure they meet health standards and align with the care we promise.

  • Are your products safe for kids and pets?

    Yesour products are thoughtfully chosen with your families in mind. They are the same trusted products our home assistants handle every day, designed to keep your space sanitized while keeping everyone who enjoys it—kids, pets, and others—safe.

  • Will my pets be okay during cleaning?

    As long as your pets are friendly and non-aggressive, they are welcome to be uncrated. If your pet shows signs of distress or aggression, we may pause the service for safety.

  • Can I add specialty services to a cleaning day?

    Absolutely! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to ensure time and pricing are adjusted accordingly.

  • Do you clean inside appliances?

    Interior appliance cleaning is available as an add-on or included in our deep cleaning package.

  • What’s the difference between cleaning and tidying?

    Tidying means organizing and putting things away. Cleaning means removing dirt, dust, and grime. Our services focus on cleaning — we don’t reorganize or declutter unless it’s part of a specialty request.
